Coin Says Hi aims to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA across the photo tool, the guides and these site pages. This statement lists what the site does today, where it still falls short, and how to report a barrier. It is not a formal audit or certification.

What the site does

• Keyboard access: every control works from the keyboard, and a skip link jumps straight to the main content on the tool, the guides and the site pages.
• Visible focus: a high-contrast outline marks the focused element across the app, the guides and these pages.
• Text alternatives: photographs and teaching figures carry alternative text or an inline description, and decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
• Structure and feedback: pages use semantic headings and landmarks, form fields carry explicit labels, errors appear as text, and status updates are announced without relying on colour alone.
• Reduced motion: the app and guides honour the prefers-reduced-motion setting, disabling smooth scrolling and transitions; these static pages carry no animation to reduce.
• Zoom and reflow: layouts are designed to reflow down to a 320-pixel width and remain usable at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

• Coin readings are generated by an AI model and are not reviewed before they appear, so the wording and clarity of a result can vary.
• Guide figures carry concise alternative descriptions rather than a full description of every visual detail.
• Linked references lead to external sites and documents, including PDFs, whose accessibility we cannot control.
